1. Agreement to terms

By accessing SantashaMilner.com (“the Site”) or purchasing services from Santasha Milner Business Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

We provide business consulting services, including the Business Strategy & Systems Assessment, strategy intensives, AI implementation, monthly advisory, corporate training, speaking, workshops, and digital resources (“AI Toolkits”). Service descriptions on the Site are summaries; the specific scope of any engagement is defined at purchase or in a separate agreement.

3. Payments & scheduling

The Business Strategy & Systems Assessment is offered at the price listed on the Site and is processed securely through Stripe. Sessions are scheduled through our booking system after purchase; rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.

4. No guarantee of results

Consulting, workshops, and resources are provided for informational and educational purposes. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and business circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, savings, or business outcome. Nothing on the Site or in any engagement is a promise, representation, warranty, or guarantee of results.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, frameworks, templates, toolkits, and materials provided in engagements — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchased resources are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the AI concierge for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

7. Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party services, including payment, scheduling, and form platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Santasha Milner Business Consulting operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
