Refund Policy.

1. All sales are final

Given the personalized scope of work involved — including dedicated preparation, custom analysis, and time reserved specifically for your business — all purchases of the Business Strategy & Systems Assessment, consulting engagements, workshops, and AI Toolkits & digital resources are final and non-refundable once purchased.

2. Business Strategy & Systems Assessment ($499)

Payment is non-refundable once purchased, whether or not your session has yet been scheduled or delivered. Rescheduling your session is offered at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Consulting engagements

Strategy Intensives, AI Implementation, Monthly Advisory, Corporate Training, and Speaking engagements are billed for the scope of work agreed at purchase or in a separate proposal. Fees are non-refundable once an engagement has been booked, reflecting the time and resources reserved for your project.

4. Workshops

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to a future session of equal value, subject to availability, with at least 24 hours’ notice before the original session.

5. AI Toolkits & digital resources

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales of AI Toolkits and digital resources are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by law.
